  • We will get in-person feedback from one another and talk about Group Practice concerns and successes – plus the opportunity to get up-close and personal inside Ken & Ernie’s practices.
  • Learn what Ken and Ernie do about their stuck places and what is working/not working for them. You’ll get any current strategies, systems and marketing ideas that each group member is implementing.
  • Attendance at this live event will only be for people in this mentorship. There is no extra charge for this event. However, you will be responsible for your travel, hotel and food expenses.

What kinds of results can you expect?

Like most things, you get back what you put in. But let us share what some of our past graduates have achieved:

  • Our last graduated, on average, increased their income in ONE year by  44%. This means if you are generating $400,000 of income this year, your could potentially bring in an addtional $176,000 next year!

Investment:

Ken Urie, LMHC is the owner and director of Mill Creek Family Services, a flourishing Group Practice with two locations in the Pacific Northwest. Ken is passionate about creating an extraordinary work experience for his team members. His group includes more than 35 therapists, an Assistant Director, Practice Manager and a 7-member superstar administrative support staff.

Ernest Schmidt, LCSW

Ernie Schmidt, LCSW is the founder and owner of Palo Alto Therapy, a remarkably successful fee-for-service Group Practice in the heart of Silicon Valley, California. Mentored by Joe Bavonese (Group Practice Coaching Legend) for 10+ years, he has been a model of success for Group Practice development. Ernie’s dedicated team includes over 25 therapists and 5 administrative employees and three locations in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, & San Jose, CA.
